GUTBUG v0.0.2 Patch Note

- Fixed the issue of the player getting stuck on edges sometimes.
- Decreased the Health of the Tank Enemies 
- Fixed the "Sickness Speed Decrease" item, which gave the player a new weapon when purchased. 
- Re-wrote the entire wave spawner system, which fixed an issue of the shop appearing before the wave has been completed as well as allowing the player to pass the maximum amount of waves.
- Increased the amount of waves from 6 to 10.
- Fixed a minor bug with the Wave UI text not reflecting the correct wave,
- Implemented damage numbers to appear when dealing damage to enemies.
- Fixed Shop Items buttons not being visibly un-interactable if the player doesnt have enough coins to purchase them.
-Enemy Sprites now flip correctly to face the player.
- Added particle effects for when player bullets collide with enemies and walls.
